Waleed Al Marzooqi is the co-founder and the Managing Partner of Waleed Al Marzooqi& Khalid Mohamed Advocates and Legal Consultant.
A respected litigator in the UAE, Waleed has over 10 years' experience advising clients and representing their interests in court. Waleed specialises in criminal cases, advising on matters, covering fraud and embezzlement, corruption and forgery.
He also advises individuals and provides assistance with the filing of criminal complaints and representation before Public Prosecution. Khalid Mohammed is a co-founder at Waleed Al Marzooqi & Khalid Mohamed Advocates and Legal Consultant.
A prominent litigator in the UAE, Khalid has over 13 years' experience advising clients and representing their interests in court. Khalid specialises in criminal law, advising on matters covering fraud and embezzlement; corruption and forgery; He also advises individuals and provides assistance with the filing of criminal complaints and representation before Criminal Courts and Public Prosecution. Khalid is licensed to appear before all Courts of the UAE, including the Federal Supreme Court, and has extensive knowledge of the civil Law, personal status and shari’ah Law.

Dr. Mohammad is a scholar of law, with research focusing on commercial law and arbitration. Mr. Mahmoud Abdelaziz Salem

Mr. Mahmoud, obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mansoura University in 2005. Then, in 2006, he was appointed as a representative of the Egyptian Public Prosecution, serving as an attorney for the Prosecutor General for a period of 7 years, progressing from an assistant prosecutor to a director of the prosecution.
In 2012, he transitioned to working as a judge in the primary courts at the Appellate Court. In 2015, he became the head of the Appellate Division at the Kafr El Sheikh Primary Court until 2019.
Subsequently, from 2019 to 2020, he served as the head of the Mansoura Economic Court. From 2020 to 2022, he held the position of head of the Appellate Division for Terrorism, Appellate, and Criminal Cases related to events at the Domiat Primary Court.
